The Radio Lane Flattop is the moderately simplified version of the Radio Lane Standard. Straight ahead tone machine with all the quality of its big brother. Toneful wood, high quality hardware, including the Schroeder wraparound stoptail, stainless steel frets, and Lollar pickups set this apart as a serious recording or performing guitar. Typical specifications are listed below.
The Radio Lane Standard
"Strong fundamental tones, with plenty of cut and vibrancy. An over-the-top beauty [that] is a great-playing instrument."
-Vintage Guitar Magazine, March 2014
The Radio Lane Flattop
The Schroeder Radio Lane Standard has been put through the ringer and refined over the last decade to its current form. While paying respect to the great set necks of the Golden Era of guitars, the Radio Lane is not merely a 59 carbon copy. Combining similar basic geometry and timbers to its grandfathers, the Radio Lane uses custom "milled in California" hardware, two way truss rod and stainless steel frets for ultimate performance and durability. Only the best tone woods are used on the Standard carve top model and Jason Lollar pickups complete the package to make this a gig-worthy work horse that will nail classic tones with clarity, cut and responsiveness that give back to the player and make it easier to play.
